Our faculty member Prof. Dr. Yalçın KAYA's Success
Head of the Department of Genetics and Bioengineering of our faculty, Prof. Dr. Yalçın Kaya was awarded the Pustovoit Award, the highest honor given to people working in the sunflower field, by the World Sunflower Association.
Prof. Dr. Yalçın Kaya received his award at the ceremony held at the 20th International Sunflower Conference held in Novi Sad, Serbia. The award, which has been given every four years since 1980, was presented to a Turkish scientist for the first time.
As the Faculty of Engineering, we congratulate Yalçın Kaya and wish him continued success.
