Service Orientation: The Faculty of Engineering establishes and maintains a respectful and service-oriented relationship with all the stakeholders it serves. It is sensitive to their current needs and expectations. It is aware of the fact that those who evaluate the quality of services last are those who receive the service.
Respect: The Faculty of Engineering is respectful and sensitive to the values in its institutional environment (all stakeholders and society).
Aesthetics: The Faculty of Engineering gives importance to sports, art and related aesthetic gains for the society and its employees and students.
Participation: The Faculty of Engineering ensures that its employees and students participate in management processes at all levels while preserving their individual characteristics and idealism.
